Prophecy is pleased to announce that all conditions relating to the acquisition of eMite Pty Ltd have now been met and settlement has been completed.

The eMite product set provides a service intelligence platform which combines analytics, correlations, capacity, performance, availability and SLA management in a single out of the box solution. The eMite software can aggregate from any data source, provide multiple service modules for both business and IT and deliver it all via a sophisticated end user driven presentation layer.
The eMite acquisition is expected to add revenues of $6.5 million and EBIT of $3 million to our group numbers for FY16 and is therefore very significant for the Prophecy group. The first quarter sales outlook for eMite is very solid indeed with excellent sales forecast to close before the end of Q1. This will make a great start for our new data analytics business.
SNARE sales have also continued to move ahead with excellent July sales giving us our second best sales month on record. The Q1 forecast for SNARE also looks very strong indeed, giving us a very pleasing combined Q1 sales forecast to get the New Year started.
