We are excited to announce that Prophecy International has been named joint winner of the Advanced Technologies Award at the 61st Australian Export Awards, alongside Audinate. This award honours outstanding international success in the field of information technology (IT), digital technologies, software, hardware, or digital services, and is a significant recognition of our commitment to innovation and excellence in the global technology market.
Brad Thomas OAM, chief executive officer, Prophecy, said, “We’re a small team from Adelaide, but our reach is global, extending to over 60 countries. This award is more than a personal success; it represents the potential and impact of Australian technology on the global stage. It’s gratifying to see our efforts contributing back to the Australian economy.”
The past year has been a period of significant growth for Prophecy. Some of our highlights include:
- expanded global relationship with Fujitsu in the defence sector
- established key partnerships in Japan with Jupiter Technology Group, and in the United States (US) with Novacoast
- renegotiated agreement with Verizon and inaugurated a subsidiary in the Philippines
- achieved an impressive 20 per cent increase in revenue year-on-year (YoY).
Our global reach
A key aspect of our success is our international reach, with more than 80 per cent of revenue generated from overseas markets. Our flagship products, Snare and emite, have been integral in offering advanced data security and analytics solutions across a diverse range of industries. Our global footprint—especially in the US, the United Kingdom (UK), Japan, Singapore, Korea, and Taiwan—reflects our adaptability and proficiency in meeting varied and complex requirements in cybersecurity and customer experience analytics.

You also must foster a network of partners with a customer base that needs your products. “We collaborate closely with Austrade in Asia, the US, and the UK. Most recently, we participated in a cyber delegation to the UK to drive new partner relationships. We are also a member of Team Defence Australia and are listed in the Defence Sales Catalogue.”
